Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Preconstruction Manager in Maryland.
Electrical Preconstruction Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Preconstruction Manager MD.
is between $110,000 and $130,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.
Competitive base salary Health insurance package 401KElectrical Preconstruction Manager Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for managing the electrical preconstruction division.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Responsible for soliciting subcontractors and suppliers for estimates.
Lead subcontractor meetings to manage and promote project success.
Electrical Preconstruction Manager Qualifications Minimum 10 years experience electrical estimating on large scale projects.
Experience with a large scale electrical contractor or experience within the preconstruction department focusing on electrical for a general contractor.
Construction related degree.
Engineering degree is a plus.
Experienced with Design Build Projects.
Early career field experience is a plus.
Experience with labor forecasting, cost projections, budgeting, financial controls, all aspects of project estimating Proficient with Accubid, Excel, and Bluebeam.
