Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Telecom Network Engineer, you will be part of our Telecommunications Division. As a member of this team strong technical aptitude is required to support large scale telecommunication system deployments. You will interface with business customers and peer IT teams to develop & analyst requirements and solution/system delivery. Developing processes and procedures for implementation and operational support of systems, along with helping to sustain a 24x7 production support & technical support to the team and customers.

Candidate Qualifications
Cisco Certified Network Administrator Voice or Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice
Experience in VoIP telephony systems design, implementation, and support is required, along with support of VoIP telephony systems for GEICO's contract centers and back office.
Experience in Cisco Unified Communications, CUCM or Call Manager, Unity, UCCE or Contact Center for Enterprise
Working knowledge in CTIOS or Finesse applications
Managing alerting through Prime or Splunk
Understanding & experience in operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network
Knowledge of client/server & database/reporting applications desired
Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of associates and management
Familiarity with SIP integration techniques - carrier, cross systems, etc.
Proficient in MS Office product set: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project
Experience in systems and business analysis
Experience with data extraction tools (SQL, etc.)
