As a Systems Technician Trainee you must have 1-2 years of customer service experience. Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software programs over the phone. Proven ability to function in a fast paced environment including immediate changes in the computer field. Experience using an Incident Tracking tool and Microsoft products preferred. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
