As a Senior Applicant Tracking Systems Analyst, you will responsible for supporting the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) currently implemented in PeopleSoft and be an active contributor in the implementation of a replacement Cloud based solution. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to enhance our internal and external customer's online experience and support the teams that handle GEICO's high volume of employment candidates. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment with a team dedicated to supporting a state of the art Applicant Tracking System. The qualified candidate will be responsible for system maintenance / production support. The candidate will perform basic, advanced system administrative tasks as well as advanced-level application triage, troubleshooting and coordination of maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for trouble shooting users questions and issues. The candidate will analyze system for opportunities to optimize functionality. The ideal candidate will propose improvements to design solutions and business processes for internal efficiencies and to improve external customer experiences. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential integration's with other systems as well as coordinate upgrades. The ideal candidate will research the contents of system upgrades and service pack updates as well as identifying impacts. The candidate will be responsible for testing and implementing system changes. The qualified candidate will report assistance for users and generation / modification of reports; create and run reports. The ideal candidate will work with various business users to gather workflow data as well as determine reporting requirements / specifications. The candidate will project analysis, coordination and management. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-availability support for a 24x7 application. The ideal candidate will define project scope, perform impact analysis, estimate effort, plan and track delivery while adhering to GEICO IT standards. Candidate Qualifications o A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in application development and systems analysis / design
o Proven analytical, decision making and problem solving skills is required
o Strong sense of ownership and be driven to achieve successful results is a must
o A passion for customer service is a must
o Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle is a must
o Experience in delivering complex solutions is required
o Ability to work well independently is required
o Ability to take full ownership of tasks and coordinate/communicate projects across multiple teams is required
o Excellent project management, organizational, prioritization and critical thinking skills is a must
o Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment is desired
o Strong interpersonal skills is desired
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
o Ability to communicate and interact effectively with management, business users, developers, and team members at all levels is required
o Strong presentation skills is a must
o Ability to present information effectively to a varied audience is desired
o Positive attitude, self-motivating, ability to recognize and apply an appropriate sense of urgency is a must
o Prior experience with PeopleSoft; specifically the e-recruiting module is preferred
o Prior experience with talent management COTS applications such as Taleo is preferred
o Development experience with ETL tools like Taleo, TCC, and reporting tool Oracle BI is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
