As a Desktop Support Supervisor, you will responsible for leading a team that provides Tier 2 troubleshooting, upgrades, and hardware management of Windows, Mac OS, Android, VoIP, and video devices at GEICO's headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD. The ideal candidate will develop and manage efficient processes for remote and in-person support, coordinate with multiple engineering teams to drive support solutions, and oversee the supply chain of desktop equipment. The qualified will provide your expertise to train and develop a team of desktop support professionals. Candidate Qualifications o A minimum of 2 years in a related Desktop Support supervisory position
o Strong leadership, decision-making, and delegation skills is preferred
o Direct user-community contact experience is desired
o Ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills is preferred
o Excellent organizational and time management skills is desired
o Ability to strategize and implement positive changes for better performance is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
