WeddingWire is currently seeking a Talent Sourcer who will play a key role within the WeddingWire recruiting team. We are seeking a team player that knows how to comb the internet for the best talent by using boolean logic, networking and gathering referrals. The ideal person will be resourceful, creative, performance oriented and a researcher at heart. We need a tech savy, natural born communicator who enjoys challenges and the continuous search for top talent.
What will you do?
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to thoroughly understand talent needs and prioritize positions
Perform in-depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative methods, online searching techniques, cold calling, personal candidate networks, the internal resume database, internet resume banks, and social media
Research and recommend new sources and tools to identify both passive and active candidates and track each source's ROI
Manage outside agency contracts, correspondence, interview scheduling and follow up
Drive the recruiting social media program: create, manage and grow business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, YouTube and Instagram
Responsible for developing content across social channels to include blog posts, tweets, status updates, photos and videos and responding to social media feedback and engagement
Drive theEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
