A leading government contracting company is searching for an HR Assistant to join their team. Successful candidates will have experience coordinating the internal and external communication strategies for an organization. Strong candidates will be self-starters, problem solvers, and team players. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-respected organization enhancing the brand and promoting their message. This is a temp to permanent position, available immediately, with opportunity for growth. The salary for this position is $30k-50k permanently.
Duties:
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Maintain customer and employee files
- Provide updates and information on projects and programs.
- Track candidates in Applicant Training System
- Coordinate and develop direct mail and publications to donors.
- Update files, track new hire paperwork, respond to vendor requests
- Coordinate and back up front desk
Working hours: 9-5
Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree preferred.
--Strong verbal, written and editing skills required.
--Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines required.
--At least 2-3 years of work experience in fast paced, metrics driven environment.
--Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs.
