WeddingWire seeks a full-time Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist who will be responsible for performing collections and billing transactions, tracking and solving outstanding payment issues, and generating aging reports in a timely manner. Of course, while adhering to debt collection laws! It is important to maintain our customer relationships during sensitive situations. We also want you to serve as a liaison with other internal departments regarding billing related questions and processes.
About You:
You have previous collections and billing experience.
You are a strong communicator with customer contact experience.
You have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
You desire to work in Accounting or Finance, with related coursework and experience a plus.
You have an ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
You want to work in a collaborative environment.
