- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system - Schedule appointments for patients using scheduling software - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member - Collect and process payments - Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with other administrative tasks -Training provided
