We are a small private dental office in Friendship Heights that is seeking a full-time Patient-Care Coordinator/Front Desk Administrator.
We are looking for that special someone that is a team player, enthusiastic, punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and thrives for the opportunity to grow.
Applicants will be expected to coordinate all aspects of the patient care experience, greeting and welcoming patients, answering phones and emails, scheduling & managing appointments, verifying insurances, filing and managing insurance claims, billing, managing all email correspondences, managing the office's social media, helping with the clinical aspect with the rest of the team as needed, and always providing high-quality customer service.
Equally excellent time management, telephone, and computer skills (proficiency and accuracy in typing and using proper grammar) are required.
This position requires an Associate Degree or higher.
Our usual hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8:
30am until 5:
30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Some schedule flexibility is required as patient appointments may occasionally extend into the workday.
